Plant automation using IPOES and application course


IPOES(Integrated Process Operation Expert System) is process automation software package which compiles a user written SOP and automate process through raw material input to final product. SOP is configured as standard Flow Chart form, and using hierarchical structure complex process can be easily configured.
This system can be easily converted to Operator Education system so that operator know-how can be transfered operater through operator.

User can take advantages below if IPOES is applied.

  • Operating Procedure Standardization, Expert level sequence automation
